Manage Listing

Create and Manage Your Listings

Manage your property listings from one place in AgentPro. You can create and post new listings, manage existing listings, monitor their status and performance, and use PowerUps to increase their visibility.

Where can you manage your listings?

Log in to AgentPro and select Listing from the menu to open My Listing.

From here, you can view and manage your existing listings or select Create Listing to add a new one.

You can also start a new listing directly from the Dashboard using the + Create Listing button.

How do you create and post a listing?

Select Create Listing from My Listing, or use the + Create Listing button on the Dashboard. Then complete the six steps in AgentPro:

  1. Location – Choose For Sale or For Rent, then add the property location and property type.
  2. Details – Add property details such as tenure, bedrooms, bathrooms, unit size, description and furnishing.
  3. Price – Enter the relevant property pricing details.
  4. Media – Add property images and an optional video.
  5. Summary – Review your listing information and Quality Score, and review any available PowerUps before continuing.
  6. Preview – Check how your listing will appear on MetProperty before selecting Post Now.

Before posting, AgentPro shows the required Ad Credits. A Standard Listing costs 8 Ad Credits to post and is valid for 60 days.

If you are not ready to post, select Save & Exit to save the listing as a draft. You can continue working on it later from Draft Listings in My Listing.

Once your listing is posted, you can return to My Listing at any time to manage it, check its status and monitor its performance.

How can you find and manage listings in My Listing?

In My Listing, you can search and sort your listings or use filters to narrow the results by:

  • Listing Type: For Sale or For Rent
  • Property Type: Residential or Commercial
  • Premium Features: None, Boost, Enhanced or Featured Agent
  • Listing Performance: Market leader, Average or Below average

You can also use the listing status dropdown to switch between All Listings, Active Listings, Draft Listings, Expired Listings and Declined Listings.

What do listing statuses mean?

Your listing status shows where a listing is in its current lifecycle:

  • Active Listings: Listings that are currently active on MetProperty.
  • Draft Listings: Listings you have saved but not yet posted.
  • Expired Listings: Listings that have reached their expiry date and are no longer active.
  • Declined Listings: Listings that were declined and are not active.

Available actions depend on the listing’s status. Listing-level PowerUps are only available for eligible active For Sale and For Rent listings. They are unavailable while a listing is under review or declined.

What happens when my listing expires?

When a listing reaches its expiry date, it becomes inactive and appears under Expired Listings in My Listing. Any active PowerUps will also end when the listing expires.

You can Repost an expired listing or set up Auto-Repost using Ad Credits. Each successful Repost or Auto-Repost refreshes the posting date and sets a new expiry date 60 days from the refreshed posting date.

How do you continue a draft listing?

If you save a listing before posting it, you can find it under Draft Listings in My Listing.

Select Edit Draft to continue adding or reviewing the property information before posting the listing.

What information appears on your listing card?

Each listing card in My Listing gives you a quick overview of the property. Depending on the listing, you may see:

  • Listing ID
  • Date Posted
  • Expires On
  • Repost Date
  • Quality Score

Active listing cards can also show Leads, Views, Impressions and Favourites. Select See Details to review more information about the listing’s performance.

Eligible listings may also show available actions such as Repost, Auto-Repost, Boost and Enhance. If a PowerUp is active, you may see its remaining duration.

How can you improve and promote your listings?

Start by keeping your listing information complete and accurate. Review your photos and Quality Score to identify areas that could be improved.

For more visibility, you can use PowerUps on eligible active listings:

  • Repost – Refresh the posting date and set a new expiry date 60 days from the refreshed posting date.
  • Auto-Repost – Repost automatically based on your selected schedule.
  • Boost – Give your listing higher ranking than a Standard Listing and additional exposure.
  • Auto-Boost – Continue Boost beyond the initial one-week period.
  • Enhance – Give your listing greater visibility and additional presentation features.
  • Auto-Enhance – Continue Enhance beyond the initial one-week period.

Featured Agent is a profile-level PowerUp that increases your agent profile visibility and provides Featured Slots for selected listings.

Each PowerUp has its own credit requirements, duration and conditions.

Can you manage multiple listings at once?

Yes. Bulk Select in My Listing lets you manage multiple listings at once. You can Repost, Auto-Repost or Deactivate the selected listings.

For Auto-Repost, the same day, time and duration will apply to all selected listings. To use different schedules for individual listings, set up each Auto-Repost separately.

How can you check listing performance?

Active listing cards show Leads, Views, Impressions and Favourites, giving you a quick view of each listing’s performance.

You can filter your listings by Market leader, Average or Below average to compare performance and identify listings that may need further attention.

For a more detailed view of a listing’s performance, select See Details.
