Your AgentPro Membership gives you access to AgentPro features and includes a set number of Ad Credits, Featured Credits and concurrent listing slots, depending on your selected plan.
Ad Credits are used for listing-related actions and PowerUps, such as posting a listing, Repost, Boost and Enhance. Featured Credits are specifically used to secure Featured Agent placements. They cannot be used in place of Ad Credits.
You can view your available credit balance in AgentPro. Your balance is updated whenever credits are used, purchased or rewarded to your account.
If you do not have enough credits for an action, you will not be able to proceed with that action. You can purchase additional credits before trying again.
No. Ad Credits and Featured Credits are separate credit types and cannot be converted or exchanged for one another.
Once your Membership expires, access to Membership benefits and related AgentPro features may be affected. You will need to renew your Membership to continue using the benefits included in your plan.
