Manage Lead

Manage Your Leads

In AgentPro, Met Request and Leads help you manage property opportunities, follow up on buyer and tenant enquiries, arrange appointments, and track deal progress.

AgentPro also offers Seller Requests, a separate feature that connects you with property owners who need help selling their properties. Each feature has its own workflow and purpose.

How does the lead management flow work?

A typical Met Request journey is:

  1. Receive a Met Request.
  2. Review the details and Accept or Reject it before it expires.
  3. After accepting, look for suitable buyers or tenants and monitor Leads → MET Leads for enquiries.
  4. When a viewing or meeting is agreed, select Set Appointment.
  5. Use the Full Timeline to track the opportunity through the relevant sale or rental stages.
  6. If it develops into a deal, manage it under Met Request → Deal.
  7. When conversion payment is required, complete the payment and upload the receipt from the Deal details.

You may also receive Your Leads separately through your listings, Agent Profile or Project Gem.

What Is the Difference Between Met Request, Leads and Seller Requests?

AgentPro provides three separate features to help you manage property opportunities:

  • Met Request: Review property opportunities, accept or reject requests, and manage deals.
  • Leads: Follow up on buyer and tenant enquiries through MET Leads and Your Leads.
  • Seller Requests: Receive requests from property owners who want to sell, accept invitations, contact owners, and help market their properties.

Important: Seller Requests follows a different process from Met Request. You can manage each feature separately through the AgentPro menu.

For detailed instructions, refer to the Seller Requests Guide.

What is Met Request?

Met Request is where you review property requests and manage opportunities that develop into deals.

It contains two tabs:

  • Request — review request and property details, check the remaining response time, and accept or reject an opportunity.
  • Deal — manage accepted opportunities that have developed into deals, review conversion payment details, and submit payment receipts when required.

What can I do in the Request tab?

The Request tab shows requests that need your response as well as requests you have already accepted.

Open a request to review details such as:

  • Property and owner information
  • Location and property type
  • Property size, bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Sale or rental details
  • Property price
  • Remaining response time
  • Request status and acceptance date, where applicable

For a new request, select Accept if you want to take on the opportunity or Reject if you do not.

Respond before the request expires. Once rejected, the request is removed and will not be available to you again. If you do not respond before the deadline, the request will expire. Not responding may also affect the quality of future Met Requests you receive.

After accepting, look for suitable buyers or tenants and monitor Leads → MET Leads for enquiries related to the opportunity.

What can I do in the Deal tab?

The Deal tab is where you manage an accepted opportunity after it develops into a deal.

Each deal may show:

  • Buyer and property details
  • Listing ID
  • Property price
  • Deal date
  • Current status, such as Due or Pending Confirmation

Open a deal to review the conversion fee calculation, payment details and deadline.

When conversion payment is required, complete the payment and upload the receipt from the deal details. Supported file formats are JPEG, PNG and WebP, with a maximum file size of 8 MB.

After submitting the receipt, select View Submitted Files to review your submitted file.

What are MET Leads and Your Leads?

What are MET Leads?

MET Leads are buyer or tenant enquiries connected to the Met Request opportunities you are handling.

Open a lead to review information such as:

  • The property the person is interested in
  • Listing ID
  • Enquiry date and contact method
  • Lead Status
  • Available information about the person’s property needs
  • Recent contact activity

You can contact the lead using the available contact options and select Set Appointment once a viewing or meeting has been agreed.

To find and manage leads more easily, filter MET Leads by:

  • Lead Status — Hot, Warm or Cold
  • Progress Status — New, Contacted, Scheduled Viewing, Appointment Declined, Viewed, Loan Pending, Loan Approved, Loan Rejected, Owner Approved, Sold / Rented or Lost

What Is Set Appointment?

Set Appointment lets you set an agreed viewing or meeting for a MET Lead and track the opportunity through the Full Timeline.

The Full Timeline shows the completed stages, current stage and next stage of the opportunity.

For a For Sale opportunity:

Scheduled Viewing → Viewed → Loan Application (SPA Price) → Approval from Owner → Approval from Admin → Result

For a For Rent opportunity:

Scheduled Viewing → Viewed → Rental Offer → Approval from Owner → Approval from Admin → Result

Once the appointment is set, the listing owner is notified and can follow the progress associated with their listing.

If the opportunity reaches Pending Conversion Payment, go to Met Request → Deal to complete the payment and upload the receipt.

What do Hot, Warm and Cold mean?

Lead Status reflects the enquirer’s level of activity on MetProperty:

  • Hot — higher activity
  • Warm — moderate activity
  • Cold — lower activity

Use these statuses to help prioritise your follow-up. They do not guarantee that an enquirer will respond or proceed with a transaction.

Why am I not getting a response from a Hot lead?

A Hot lead has a higher level of activity on MetProperty, but this does not guarantee a response.

Follow up using the available contact options and keep your message relevant to the enquiry. If there is still no response, update the Progress Status when appropriate and continue managing your other active leads.

What are Your Leads?

Your Leads are enquiries from your listings, Agent Profile or Project Gem rather than from the Met Request opportunities you manage.

You can filter Your Leads by Lead Source:

  • Listing — enquiries from your listings
  • Agent Profile — enquiries from your public agent profile
  • Project Gem — enquiries from Project Gem

You can also filter Your Leads by Lead Status: Hot, Warm or Cold.

Open a lead to review available information such as:

  • Whether the person is looking to buy or rent
  • Property preferences
  • Monthly income
  • Preferred locations
  • Recent contact activity
